Project Get Green!
This is our fundraising program for schools, groups and organizations that want to “Get Green” and make a little green at the same time. We sincerely believe that the difference will come when we involve our kids! The lessons learned while participating is such a meaningful project is immeasurable. Our hope is to lead young minds into the future with awareness for over consumption and at the same time provide funds for equally meaningful projects and programs of their own. (Travel experiences, college funds, books, family assistance etc…) Being involved in such a *small* way acts as the first ripple of water. Once ideas start to flow and motivate people to act, the after effects continue on and on.
Who is fundraising with GreenSak?
The Beach Environmental Awareness Campaign Hawaii (www.b-e-a-c-h.org) has been doing fantastic things for the beaches of Hawaii, marine life and the coral reefs… and GreenSak is lucky enough to be there to help with raising funds. Members receive a reusable shopping bag (GreenSak), polycarbonate water bottle, ice cream discount from Ben & Jerry's, membership card, and other goodies.
A Michigan based Remax group is selling GreenSaks to raise money for the American Cancer Society. If you live in Michigan and you would like to purchase a house from some really nice folks… email me and I will get the pair of you in contact.
Donna in Walden NY Donna and her congregation are fundraising to replace their church’s furnace. They have the honor of working in a church that has survived over 250 years. Donna’s community has rallied and sold over 100 bags before they received their shipment. They have also received lots of attention from the media are are doing very well. If you are in the Walden NY area, please let me know and I will make sure you connect.
Deb – Middle School – Illinois “We sold 76 bags before the sale officially kicked off.” Deb and her middle school kids sold their first order of 500 in a couple of weeks and quickly went through their second order of 500. The funds raised will benefit several programs in their school and the kids learned a valuable lesson!

Leslie in Carrollton, GA – bought GreenSaks to distribute throughout their book club. They are currently on their second re-order.
GreenSak offers affordable, re-usable shopping “Saks”. These strong and sturdy “Saks” are easily stored in the trunk of your auto and replace the disposable plastic and paper bags that increase toxicity of waste.
We have a wonderful environmentally conscience fund raising program to offer. In today’s world every little bit counts. Not only will “Project Get Green!” increase awareness of being a responsible member of our communities, it will also provide a very viable way to help your school “get some green” for needed projects of your own.
“Project Get Green!” also allows a platform to integrate the studies of the environment and community into real life practice. As a company, we follow the 6 pillars of character to address all business relationships.
